Often the problems of a psychic nature are considered as diseases from which it is impossible take sides with the rooms, a burden to carry on my back for life. In fact you can change through psychotherapy. An example is that of a man who is afraid of spiders, what technically is called arachnophobia. Putting a spider in front of the photograph of her brain shows that part - the right lateral prefrontal area - is active, stimulated by fear. Some time later the same individual has had no reaction. Watch a spider, but reacts in a "normal", as one that is not attacked by pulses of terror. The brain has changed: the neuronal structure has changed and all without using any medication. Only with the psychotherapy. At this point, we could say that psychotherapy, in addition to the reality and how this is perceived, silently and invisibly on the neural structures that underlie behavior and emotional reactions.
